As long as I can remember, I've always been passionate about food.
My passion for cooking comes from the sense of community and togetherness that good food provides.

I have experience working in one of the world’s most acclaimed Michelin starred restaurants, Alinea, as well as spending time in some of Melbourne's great restaurants, like Host Dining and Estelle.
My experience has seen me move into the world of private dining, working full time, cooking for people all across the greater Melbourne area
Currently based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, my culinary style is a reflection of my time spent traveling and working around the world. Whether it's experimenting with smoking , fermenting or curing, my style is always evolving, taking influence from those that I care & cook for.
